Jocelyn curates AI news developments on jocelyn.app and through the Telegram bot @jocelynapp_bot. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it deleted. We don't sell or share personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
When you start the bot in a private chat, or add it to a group or channel, we store:
We only read messages that are commands to the bot (such as /start and /stop) and don't store them. In groups and channels the bot receives commands sent to it, not your conversations.
We use this data only to deliver news to the chats that asked for it. Sending /stop, blocking the bot, or removing it from a group or channel stops all messages.
jocelyn.app uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors. The site has no accounts and stores nothing in your browser.
Stories are collected from publishers' public feeds and pages, then summarized and labeled automatically by AI services (TypeSafe and Cloudflare Workers AI). Only the news content is sent to these services, never information about you or your chats.
Data is stored with Cloudflare (database and processing) and Vercel (website hosting). Telegram also handles messages under its own privacy policy.
Email support@jocelyn.app with your Telegram username or the name of the group or channel, and we'll delete its subscription and delivery history. Questions about this policy go to the same address.
Jocelyn's summaries and stock-impact labels are generated automatically and are for information only.
